Configure Integrations
Configure Integrations lists integration configs for the current organization. You create a config, attach it to a station, fill the settings for that type, then turn ingest on. Open it from Tools > Data Setup > Configure Integrations.
Manual CSV files go through Import Data Files, not this page. After a config is running, use Monitor Integrations for pipeline health.
Fields for each type are on the type pages. Start from Integrations.
Open the List
Section titled “Open the List”- Confirm the organization in the org picker (top, near center).
- Open
Tools>Data Setup>Configure Integrations. - Search by name, or filter by enabled, hidden, and station.
If you do not see New, check that you are a Curator or admin in this organization.
Create an Integration
Section titled “Create an Integration”Click New. The dialog has four steps. Outbound is listed and disabled.
- Direction & type. Leave Inbound selected. Choose the integration type. A short description appears under the type.
- Station. Pick the station this config belongs to. Finish the station first, including the
Station Readiness Checklist. See Set Up a Station. - Settings. Fill the fields for that type. Some types also need an organization connection (for example a LoggerNet LDMP server or a LI-COR Cloud API token). You can create that connection from
Newon the setting. Type-specific fields are on the pages under Integrations. - Name & create. Dendra fills a default name from the type and station. Change it if you want, then click
Create Integration.
New configs start in Test operation mode. Records stay on the test branch until you switch to Live. Mode and Enabled for use are explained in Monitor Integrations.
Edit an Integration
Section titled “Edit an Integration”Click a row to open the editor in the side drawer. The open-in-new control on the drawer header loads the same editor on its own page.
You can change:
- General information: name and description
- Enabled for use and Hidden
- Inbound settings: the same type-specific fields you set at create, plus Operation mode
Organization admins can delete a config from Admin zone. Deleting stops ingest for that config.
After You Save
Section titled “After You Save”- Open Monitor Integrations (
Tools>Monitoring>Integrations) and select this config. For Campbell Scientific Station and LI-COR Cloud Logger, select the organization connection; the pipeline lives there. Confirm the activity log looks healthy. - Open Configure Datastreams and map tables to datastreams. Tables appear once the config is Live and Enabled. For Campbell Scientific Station and LI-COR Cloud Logger, set the parent connection to Live and Enabled, and the station config to Enabled with Use Parent or Live.
